The Forum was established in Szeged this year. For the first time since the online meetings, participants were able to meet in person on September 21st. The aim of the Forum is to provide a collaborative platform for organizations working with people with disabilities. Officials, non-profit organizations, vocational high school teachers, advocacy organizations and companies took part in the event. On the one hand, they talked about barriers to the employment of people with disabilities and possible solutions, on the other hand, about the factors that influence the motivation of people with disabilities in relation to employment. There were also presented professional and public services available to people with disabilities within the “Montage” project. Specialists from Kanjiža also took part in the event.
