The main target group of the project are people with reduced work capacity and their families, teachers, educators, social enterprises and other economic representatives, companies, enterprises, who show readiness to employ people with reduced work capacity.
The training entitled “Working is good!” took place on May 25, 26 and 27, 2021, at the Regional Center for the Professional Development of the Employees in Education Kanjiža. The lecturers at the training were Szilvia Gordos, special education teacher, and Eleonóra Kávai, occupational therapy educator. This training was attended by young people from the day-care center, students of the 7th and 8th special classes of primary school and young people with reduced work capacity who are included in the database of the Center. Apart from them, parents and pedagogues were also present at the training.
Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the current labor market conditions, receive information about institutions, organizations and programs that help them find employment, get acquainted with the main steps of employment, receive help and expert advice to choose the most suitable job for their abilities.
